Less is more — summarizing the highlights of the file will help the underwriter understand your client’s needs. The following are key points to include in your electronic submission:

Submission Received
Once we receive your file via Filogix, Lendesk, or Velocity, the team will reach out via email within 2 hours. The email will come from the lead underwriter assigned to your file and it will be sent to the email address associated with your Filogix, Lendesk, or Velocity account.

We’ve consolidated a comprehensive list of appraisers that we love to work with from British Columbia to Quebec. Have a file with a property located outside of a major city? No problem. Reach out to the team members working on your file and they will be happy to assist you.
